We require specific AV and Sound equipment to run the presentation. Please confirm the availability of the following items:

Due to costs incurred and the unlikelihood of being able to arrange a replacement booking, a cancellation fee of 50% of the agreed fee payable will be charged for any booking cancelled by you within 14 days of the presentation date. For bookings where the presentation is sponsored, a fee of $500 will be payable if the booking is cancelled by you within 14 days of the presentation date.
